Our Youth Support program exists for youth 16 to 30 years of age.

The purpose is to provide support in many different areas for youth.   While the primary assistance is centered on finding safe, affordable, permanent housing, this program also offers supports with financial issues, family issues, school issues, and other youth related challenges.   Youth are provided assistance on a case by case basis.

Youth Support provides assistance in the following areas:

• Homelessness
• Transportation to Emergency Housing
• “Available Housing” Lists
• Landlord Mediation
• Ongoing Support
• Advocacy & Mentoring
• Food & Housing Insecurity
• Referrals
• Other supports on case by case basis
